Roberto Cavalli Dress for Shakira at The Inaugural World
Nobody wants to stay out of World Cup fever, and that is why the Italian designer Roberto Cavalli will leave its mark on the biggest sporting event of the year. During the inauguration of the World Cup 2010 Shakira will wear one of his designs on stage.
The costume sketch shows a straw skirt inspired by the African fashion and a ‘jumpsuit’ with animal print and black-white like a zebra. Can you imagine what ‘sexy’ than the Colombian will look when you move your hips to the rhythm of ‘Waka-waka’?
This is not the first time that Cavalli was given the task of dressing a singer for a special event of this magnitude, since in the past and had designed costumes for the Spice Girls and Leona Lewis. Without detracting from anyone, we are confident that Shakira will look spectacularly sensual and will thrill all Johannesburg.
